Education and Background
Mike is a fellowship-trained orthopaedic manual physical therapist. Mike received his physical therapy degree from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, where he graduated magna cum laude. He has advanced training in orthopaedic manual therapy at the Gulf Coast Physical Therapy Institute. He is one of a few physical therapists in Maryland designated as a full fellow in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists. He was an Orthopaedic Certified Specialist through 2008. Mike keeps current with the latest development in rehabilitation through regular continuing education with national and international experts.

Member and past chair of the Maryland Joint Task Force on Workers Rehabilitation, and American Physical Therapy Association. Mike has been a speaker at numerous Injured Workers Conferences, the LORMAN Professional Continuing Education Center, and the Maryland Institute for Continuing Professional Education of Lawyers.
